Sacramento is excited to welcome back Keiko Ogiwara and Keiko Kawamura for this August workshop. These two outstanding teachers worked closely with Dr. Haruko Kataoka in Matsumoto, Japan for many years and embody her spirit, teaching ideals, and the sound and technique that she worked so tirelessly to develop in students. Eight students from Matsumoto, Japan will attend and perform in an International Friendship Concert featuring students from the United States and Japan.
